Former Disney star and current The X Factor judge Demi Lovato has admitted to once suffering from self-inflicted physical wounds but now says she’s addicted to living life on the edge in a whole new way. She told Self magazine, “I’m totally an adrenaline junkie, so anything that gets your heart racing or excited I’m totally down for. I’ve bungee jumped – one time I bungee jumped three times in a row… I got really nauseous afterwards, so I learned my lesson not to do that. I’ve never been skydiving but I really want to. It’s definitely on by bucket list.” Finally, Lovato can scratch winning Teen Choice Awards in the categories of Choice Female Music Star of the Summer and Choice Twit off her bucket list because she took home both those prizes at last night’s ceremony, which she co-hosted as well.
