Los Angeles City Councilman Dennis Zine – a former motorcycle officer – called police Friday morning after witnessing pop star Justin Bieber driving at over 100 miles per hour on the 101 Freeway near Calabasas, just northwest of L.A.  Cops ticketed Bieber, who reportedly was trying to get away from photographers. Zine told TMZ, “Bieber was driving like a maniac. He was weaving in and out of traffic. There was hardly any space between cars and he weaved from lane to lane. If I was on patrol, I would have arrested him for reckless driving. I was going 60 and he drove by me like he was in a rocket ship. He was a maniac.”
