Justin Bieber is set to start his tour on September 29, 2012 well into the early winter months of 2013. Tickets will be available to public sale on June 2 in the U.S and Canada, for those that’d like to attend the Believe North America Tour, in support of his album that’s been slated to be released June 19. Justin Beiber’s official fan club fans can purchase tickets early and as last as May 31. Carely Rae Jepson will be an opening act for Beiber on tour starting also on September 29 in Glendale, Arizona. Justin Bieber had to have Jepson apart of his tour after hearing her first single on the radio while he was home for Christmas in Canada. Bieber and his manager fell in love 26-year-old singer/songwriter’s music and signed her to his label Schoolboy Records.
