Kourtney’s new born has finally made her public debut. Daughter Penelope Scotland appears alongside her mom and big brother Mason on the cover of the latest issue of Us Weekly. Said Kourtney of her new daughter, “nothing could prepare me for how hard I fell in love with her.” Penelope, the second child for Kourtney and boyfriend Scott Disick, was born July 8^th.
