The Modern Family salary disagreement is over. 20th Century Fox confirmed Friday that they agreed to new deals with stars Sofia Vergara, Ed O'Neill, Julie Bowen, Ty Burrell, Eric Stonestreet and Jesse Tyler Ferguson. The six actors subsequently dropped the lawsuit they filed Tuesday in which they claimed their contracts were illegal. As for the deals, The Hollywood Reporter claims the stars settled for about $175,000 an episode plus a cut of the profits. In addition, their salary will increase to about $350,000 an episode by the show’s 8th season. But now that this deal is done, Fox has some more negotiations on their hands. According to reports, the four main young stars are expected to head into talks this week. Sources say reps for Rico Rodriguez, 13, (Manny), Nolan Gould, 13, (Luke), and Ariel Winter, 14, (Alex), are seeking big raises in exchange for adding an 8th season to their contracts. 21- year-old Sarah Hyland (Haley) will also be in talks, but she is not in the same place as the others, because she came into the show with some experience behind her and already makes more than her younger co-stars.
