Ann Curry, who is rumored to be replaced on the Today show, recently told Ladies’ Home Journal that she hoped to stick around the morning show for a while. “I’ve been at Today for 15  years and I’d love to make it 20,” said Ann in the interview, which was conducted in early May. While Ann believes she hasn’t “dropped the ball when it comes” to viewers, she still has some concerns about her job. “You worry, am I not good enough? Am I not what people need? Am I asking the right questions?” she said. “When people say negative things or speculate, you can’t help but feel hurt.”  Last week, the New York Times reported NBC was negotiating Ann’s exit, with Savannah Guthrie said to be the frontrunner to take her place. Meanwhile, Anne won’t be leaving Today empty handed. According to TMZ,  when Anne signed her contract a year ago, she was given $10 million a year for three years, so even if she’s fired, NBC will have to pay her $10 mil a year for the next two years.
