Bill and Giuliana Rancic have revealed the sex of the baby they are expecting, thanks to a gestational surrogate. "We are beyond excited to be having a little boy," says Bill.  "We are so ready for everything that comes with being a new mom and dad!" adds Giuliana. "We just can't wait!"  The couple revealed the happy news at a baby shower in Los Angeles Sunday. The pair, who has struggled with not only infertility, but Giuliana’s of breast cancer, announced in April that they were expecting.
