Joey Kovar, the Real World: Hollywood star who then appeared on VH1’s Celebrity Rehab, was found dead Friday morning at a friend’s home in Chicago. A female friend found the 29-year-old in the morning and noticed blood coming out of his ears and nose. The woman called 911 and authorities who arrived at the scene pronounced him dead.  TMZ reports that friends and family members believe drugs are to blame for his death. While filming Real World: Hollywood he entered rehab for alcohol and drug addiction, and later sought help for substance abuse on Celebrity Rehab.
