Queen Elizabeth showed her loyalty to another kind of royalty this week, hitting the set of HBO’s “Game of Thrones” in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Her Majesty even got to meet stars of the show, including Lena Headey, who plays Cersei Lannister, and Conleth Hill, who plays Lord Varys.

The Queen and her husband, Prince Philip, also met some of the costume and prop designers on the show, and she even got a miniature of the iconic “Iron Throne.”

“Game of Thrones” continues to be a major boon for HBO, which renewed the show for a fifth and sixth season shortly before season 4 began.

TMZ points out that the Queen’s own throne might be even more impressive. If you’re interested, check out a photo of it here.
