Justin Bieber just ticked off another legal battle from his to-do list.
The young singer reportedly took a plea deal in the case of his arrest on suspicion of DUI while drag racing, according to “Billboard.”
Bieber, who will not attend the hearing, will allegedly plead guilty to “misdemeanor careless driving and resisting arrest without violence charges.”
The arrest stems back to January, when he and his friend, Khalil Amir Sharieff, were both taken into custody.
The original charges included suspicion of DUI, driving on an expired license and resisting arrest.
Bieber still faces charges for alleged assault in Toronto after being sued by his limo driver.
He and another embattled music star, Chris Brown, were recording a new song together earlier this year.
Though Bieber spent about a dozen weeks releasing a brand new song off of his “Journals” compilation, we haven’t seen a new studio LP since 2012’s “Believe.”
