All of Maroon 5’s albums have gone platinum, so why shouldn’t frontman Adam Levine do the same?
That was apparently the question on Levine’s mind, as the singer and “The Voice” coach debuted a bleached blonde new look on Twitter over the weekend.
Posing alongside his fiancé, Behati Prinsloo, Levine showed off his lighter locks wearing a cat-print muscle shirt that put his tattoos on display.
Acknowledging the inevitable fan response, he later added, “I hope people understand that hwen they say my hair looks creepy I take it as the highest compliment.”
Perhaps the “People” magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive winner was inspired by the new addition to the “Voice” family, Gwen Stefani, who will replace Christina Aguilera on the fall cycle.
Even before he went blonde, he offered, “I can finally tell @gwenstefani that her twitter slogan should read ‘I ain’t no follow back guuuuuuuurl.”
