Chris Brown spent the weekend in jail after being booted from rehab, and more prison time could be in his future.
ABC News reports that the singer is headed back to court Monday after being forced to leave the Malibu facility “that was treating him for anger management, substance abuse and issues related to bi-polar disorder.”
A judge ordered Brown to stay in treatment or he would be forced to return to jail, and because he violated the rehab’s rules in an undisclosed manner, he was arrested last week.
Brown is still facing charges in the alleged assault of a man in Washington, D.C. last fall, and he is also required to complete another 750 hours of community service based on his conviction for his attack on Rihanna.
He is scheduled to appear in court on April 17 in that case, which is expected to take three days.
Last month, the musician’s probation officer gave the court a positive update, stating that he was doing well in recovery.
