Bobbi Kristina Brown announced this week that she and Nick Gordon have tied the knot.
Brown, daughter of the late Whitney Houston, released a photo of her hand on top of her new hubby’s to show off their new wedding rings.
The marriage is sure to spark a bit of family drama, as Gordon was “informally adopted” by Houston at age 12, according to “Us Weekly.”
Brown has gone public saying that she and Gordon were never “brother and sister,” writing on Facebook that her “mom never adopted him. In fact, mommy was the one who even said that she knew we were going to start dating.”
At the time, she then asked everyone to “stop judging my relationship,” despite whether they agree with or respect it.
Her grandmother, Cissy Houston, opened up last year saying she didn’t think Brown should get married “in the near future.”
“I think you’re too young and I wish you’d wait,” she said (via “TODAY”). “But that’s bcause I’m Grandma. I’m supposed to worry about you. I’m supposed to wonder if Nick or ANY man is good enough for you, My Baby’s Baby.”
