Teresa Giudice Slams Bravo Over “Fictionalized” Real Housewives Drama
Though it would appear that Teresa Giudice has bigger fish to fry than taking on Bravo, the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star is doing just that.
According to Radar Online, Giudice is going on record about the way the network “fictionalizes” drama for its Real Housewives franchise.
While she believes that only the fighting has been portrayed on the series, the reality star says she and brother Joe Gorga have in fact bonded in recent years.
“Bravo is not interested in that – they only want the drama,” she said.
Radar reports that “the guest appearance contracts that Bravo requires people sign if they are on ‘RHONJ’ states that they are able to ‘fictionalize’ material.”
Because of this, Giudice added that she has nixed plans for a spinoff series centered around her and her family.
“I was offered many times. I don’t want a show that focuses on me and my children… I would not want my family ripped apart!”
"RHONJ" airs Sundays at 8pm on Bravo. Does Teresa have a point or should she focus on the ongoing 39-count indictment she and her husband are facing? Let us know in the comments!
