Miley Cyrus on VMA Performance: “I’ll Probably Never Do That” Again
Miley Cyrus's world domination tour continues, this time covering the latest issue of “Rolling Stone.”
Miley wasn’t exactly apologetic about her controversial performance at the MTV Video Music Awards last month, but she did say that she won’t try to recreate the hype.
“Now people expect me to come out and twerk with my tongue out all the time,” she told “Rolling Stone.” “I’ll probably never do that s*** again.”
The “Wrecking Ball” singer continued by talking about her dancing, which was criticized by some for being offensive and others for not being very coordinated.
“I wasn’t trying to be sexy. If I was trying to be sexy, I could have been sexy,” she says. “I can dance a lot better than I was dancing.”
Regardless of the controversy, her fans seem to like the new Miley, with more than 148 million views to date on the video for “Wrecking Ball.”
Miley Cyrus’s new album “Bangerz” is due out on October 4.
