Is Bethenny Frankel Headed to Court in Divorce from Jason Hoppy?
Bethenny Frankel has been open about the end of her happily “Ever After” with Jason Hoppy.
Now it seems that in the wake of the couple’s split, their custody battle over baby Bryn is allegedly getting ugly, Radar Online reports.
“Bethenny is still seeking sole physical custody of Bryn, whereas Jason wants joint custody,” one insider spills to “Radar.” “The judge indicated it would be in Bethenny’s best interests if she were to sign off on an agreement, instead of rolling the dice at trial. She didn’t deal.”
A trial is reportedly expected to begin as soon as December, which would lead to an extremely awkward living situation for the estranged couple.
Last week on “Watch What Happens Live,” Bethenny told host Andy Cohen that due to the ongoing legal situation, she was unable to comment on speculation that the pair were still living together.
Still, she admitted that both she and Hoppy continue to be seen leaving the same apartment building where they had been living together, leaving it up to viewers to decide what that could mean.
Meanwhile, the former Real Housewife is in the middle of launching her new daytime series, “Bethenny,” which airs weekdays in syndication.
