Demi Lovato Inks Deal to Write Inspirational Book, Memoir

Demi Lovato
has already proven that even at just 21 years old, she can wear many hats: singer, actress and “X Factor” judge, among others.

Her latest gig, however, is another change of pace for the young star. According to “USA Today,” Demi has signed on to publish two books.

The first, “Staying Strong: 365 Days a Year,” comes from a series of “inspirational quotes” she was shared on social media. Demi also shared a video announcing the big news.

“One of the things that has helped me with my recovery is taking every day one day at a time,” she says.

Because she believes in starting each day off by meditating and reading inspirational quotes, the book will feature 365 of her favorites.

While “Staying Strong” is due out on November 19, the singer will also write a memoir, though that book’s release date has not yet been announced.

Demi will play love interest to Santana (Naya Rivera), pulling double duty on Thursdays as she continues to judge “The X Factor” on season 3.
