Where one cycle closes, another one opens. “The Voice” just aired its season finale on Tuesday night, yet the show’s return has already been confirmed.
The forthcoming sixth season of the NBC ratings juggernaut will debut on Monday, Febuary 24 at 8pm. The show will air again the following night, according to the official press release.
With Christina Aguilera and Cee Lo Green sitting out the spring cycle once again, Shakira and Usher are back for more.
Of course, Blake Shelton and Maroon Five frontman Adam Levine will also be back in the red swivel chairs for season six.
Though NBC’s midseason schedule has been up in the air, what with the Olympics taking up a significant chunk of February, the return of “The Voice” hasn’t been disrupted much. In fact, the show is returning sooner than its late March debut for season 4.
