For the sequel to 2011’s “The Muppets,” the felty friends are back for another comic caper.
Though Jason Segel is not returning for Disney’s “Muppets Most Wanted,” his pal Walter is, along with a Kermit the Frog doppelganger named Constantine.
When Kermit is falsely imprisoned in a Russian jail by Tina Fey, and it looks like he might be there for a while, according to “The Hollywood Reporter.”
In the meantime, Constantine, AKA the world’s most dangerous frog, attempts to take his counterpart’s place in the gang.
“Modern Family” star Ty Burrell and a villainous Ricky Gervais also star, along with the iconic Muppets like Miss Piggy and Gonzo.
In true Muppet style, the film is chockfull with celebrity cameos from people like Zach Galifianakis, Salma Hayek, Danny Trejo (“Machete Kills”) and more.
