Kim Kardashian Suing Youtube Co-Founder for Leaking Proposal Online

Kim Kardashian
and Kanye West rarely do anything understated, but that doesn’t mean they wanted their big proposal to be broadcast to the world – at least by anyone other than themselves.

According to “The Hollywood Reporter,” Kim is taking Youtube co-founder Chad Hurley to court to prove just that, after he reportedly violated a confidentiality agreement by posting a video of the moment online.

Hurley, who sold YouTube to Google, attended the event, which doubled as Kim’s 33rd birthday party, as a guest of someone who was invited.

However, after “allegedly promising both verbally and in a signed confidentially agreement he would not publish details of the event,” he is believed to have posted vide of the proposal on his latest Internet venture, MixBit.

The footage was reportedly intended for MC Cable Television, which is responsible for the Kardashians’ E! reality series, “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.”

Hurley is said to have tweeted the proposal to his more than 500,000 Twitter followers, along with a press release, and he is now being charged with breach of written contract, fraud by way of false promise and unjust enrichment.
