Miley Cyrus “can’t stop” making major TV appearances.
The singer appeared on “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” Tuesday night to promote her album “Bangerz,” which was released that same day.
Miley told Jimmy that her recent “Saturday Night Live” appearance showed the world that she doesn’t “just twerk and lick stuff.”
“I can sing and I can act a little bit too,” she said. “I’m multi-talented. My parents are proud.”
On the late night show, Miley and Jimmy teamed up with the roots for an a capella rendition of “We Can’t Stop,” which showed the performers in a colorful “Brady Bunch”-style tic-tac-toe board.
Since her controversial performance on the VMAs, she has been on what Deadline has dubbed her “Strategic Hot Mess Tour,” a nod to a term she coined herself on her MTV special, “Miley: The Movement.”
Aside from the VMAs and her appearance on “Late Night,” the “Wrecking Ball” performer pulled double duty as the guest host and musical guest on last week’s “SNL.”
