Lamar Odom has pleaded not guilty on charges of driving under the influence after his arrest earlier this year.
According to TMZ, though he did not appear in court, his lawyer entered the plea today on his behalf following the incident on August 30.
The news comes after Lamar was spotted in a car with his estranged wife Khloe Kardashian for the first time in months.
After Khloe’s mother, Kris Jenner, announced her separation from her husband Bruce after 22 years of marriage, Lamar reportedly rushed to his wife’s side to help support Kris.
Khloe and Lamar’s own fourth wedding anniversary passed last month, but they allegedly did not spend it together.
Instead, Malika Haqq, Khloe’s best friend and sometime assistant, and her sister Khadijah gave her a crystal heart reading, “Khloe, Love You 4 Ever.”
The NBA star’s license was automatically suspended for six months after he refused chemical tests upon his arrest, and a pretrial date was set for November.
