With his firstborn son, Prince George, only weeks old, Prince William is already turning out to be just like any other proud parent.
According to “Us Weekly,” at a speaking engagement in Anglesey, Wales today, the royal said of his wife and son, “Catherine is sorry that she cannot be here today… But she and George would have loved to have been here. He’s pretty loud but of course very good looking.”
The prince later joked with the crowd in Anglesey, where he and Kate Middleton lived during part of his service in the Royal Air Force, about the exhaustion that comes with being a new parent.
“I have to say that I though Search and Rescue duties over Snowdonia were physically and mentally demanding, but looking after a three week-old baby is up there!”
The couple is reportedly deciding how to release the first official photos of the new baby, whether it be the traditional portraits or by simply revealing photos taken by Kate and her family via social media.
Prince George’s next big event is his christening, which is expected to take place in October.
