GEAR UP for summer at Camp Fair, your one-stop resource for kids! Find out information about more than 75 local, regional, and national camps of all kinds, including adventure, travel, arts, and sports.  Camp Fair takes place at Springside Chestnut Hill Academy at 500 West Grove Avenue in Philadelphia.  There will be plenty of resources for teens and younger kids camp representatives available to speak with you. 2/4 St. Michael The Archangel Winterfest and Basket Night

2/19 Perkasie Fire Company Buffet Breakfast

The Perkasie Volunteer Fire Company is serving up their traditional, all you can eat buffet, on February 19th. Bring out the family for a delicious breakfast, and chance to win our 50/50 drawing! Tickets for the event cost $7.00 for adults, children ages 4-12 are $3.50, and 3 and under are free. All proceeds from this event benefit the Perkasie Fire Company. 2/29 Henderson High School Prom Showcase

Henderson High School will be holding its 6th Annual prom showcase on February 29th. Come out to West Chester Henderson High School to see the latest in 2012 prom wear, and your chance to win the various raffle prizes! 3/9 Indian Creek Foundation Celebrity Fundraiser

Indian Creek Foundation will be holding their 2012 Celebrity Event Fundraiser on March 9th, at Calvary Church. Chef Robert Irvine, star of Food Network’s Restaurant: Impossible, will perform a live cooking demonstration for the audience. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Indian Creek Foundation programs for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. 4/14 Gener8tion Run and Family Festival

Come out for the Gener8tion Run, an 8K Run, 8K Walk and Family Festival, on April 14th, taking place at the Philadelphia Navy Yard, 5100 Broad Street, Philadelphia. Gener8tion is the signature fundraising event of Students Run Philly Style, the only program in Philadelphia that helps youth go farther through mentorship and long distance running. 4/28 Canines on the Catwalk

Animal Lifeline will be holding a fashion show with a canine twist! Models will walk down the runway accompanied by rescue and therapy dogs, at Keenan Motors Mercedes, 4311 West Swamp Road, in Doylestown. Come out for a fun day of food, raffles, and pictures, while supporting Animal Lifeline, an organization that educates people about animal rescue. 5/5 2012 Fight for Air Walk

Join the American Lung Association in raising awareness for lung disease and the fight for clean air by participating in the 2012 Fight for Air Walk.  The Fight for Air Walk is a 3-Mile walk through historical Philadelphia, starting at Headhouse Square, 2nd and Lombard Sts. Registration begins at 8:30AM and the Walk starts promptly at 10:00AM. There are plenty of fun events and activities for children and families who wish to participate. The money raised at this Walk allows the American Lung Association to fund lung research, programs for lung disease (such as Asthma) for adults and children, tobacco prevention and cessation programs, and advocate for clean and healthy air (indoors and outdoors), and provides our communities with lung health awareness and resources. 5/14 The Junior Achievement Golf Outing

Junior Achievement will be hosting a golf outing on May 14th, at the Riverton Country Club. Come out with your friends for a day of golf, with a reception to follow. 6/2 Fulton Back 4th Annual Heroes One Hundred

The Bucks County Heroes Scholarship Fund will be holding a 100-inning Upper Bucks verse Lower Bucks softball game being played by Police, Fire and EMS officers. The game is taking place at Central Bucks West High School, 375 West Court St. in Doylestown. This game will conclude the week long celebration of the Doylestown Bicentennial.
