These rules are applicable to all WBEN-FM contests unless the individual contest rules differ, in which case the individual contest rules will govern as to the specific differences.

For call-to-win contests: Winner qualification is subject to FULL phone call completion, and the verification of the caller’s name, address, home phone number, work/cell phone number and social security number, all of which must be provided prior to completion of the call. Contest calls will not be accepted at any number other than the one specified in the rules.

6. Winners will be disqualified if he/she or a member of his/her household has won a WBEN-FM contest with a value over $50.00 within the previous 30 days. Winners will also be disqualified if he/she or a member of his/her household has won a GREATER MEDIA PHILADELPHIA (WMMR/WMGK/WBEN/WNUW/WPEN) prize valued at One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) or greater in the past 365 days.
7. Employees (including their immediate families and members of the same household) of Greater Media Philadelphia, its affiliates, the contest/promotion sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies who do business with WBEN-FM or any of the promotion sponsors, and other radio stations in WBEN-FM’s ADI (as defined by Arbitron) are not eligible. “Immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents and legal guardians, children and legal wards, grandparents, and grandchildren, including “in-laws.”
8. One entry per person; multiple entries will disqualify the entrant.
9. Winners (and their guests, if any) will be required to sign a liability/publicity release before claiming the prize.

How to Enter for a Chance to Win

From February 8th through March 5th, 2010 (excluding February 15th, 2010 due to the President’s Day Holiday), 95.7 BEN-FM (Station) will be giving listeners the chance to win a trip to Florida each weekday. If the temperature doesn’t exceed 35 degrees (Fahrenheit) by 3:50pm (in other words, the temperature is 35 degrees or less from 12:01 am until 3:50 pm that day), the 9th caller to (215)263-BENFM (215-263-2363) when the “BEN’s Snow for Sand sounder” is played, will be awarded the trip. On qualifying days, the sounder will be played shortly after 3:50 pm. It will only be played once on each qualifying day. The official temperature will be posted on the BEN Trades Snow for Sand webpage at ilikebenfm.com. The official temperature location is the Philadelphia International Airport and the official temperature source is weather.com. Temperatures reported by other sources or at other locations will not be considered for purposes of this promotion. Prize
Up to nineteen (19) winners will be selected during the specified contest period, depending on the number of days the temperature remains at 35 degrees (F) or lower. The prize is a vacation package for two that includes round trip coach air transportation for two (2) on Southwest Airlines from Philadelphia International Airport to Jacksonville, FL and three (3) nights’ double-occupancy hotel accommodations at the Hammock Beach Resort in Palm Coast, FL. The trip is valid for one year from the end of the promotion and is subject to availability; blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. Minor guests must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Redemption instructions will accompany all travel certificates. By participating, all entrants agree to release and hold harmless the promotion sponsors, 95.7 BEN-FM, Greater Philadelphia Radio, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability and any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this contest and any prize won. Taxes

If required by law, 95.7 BEN-FM will report the total value of each prize to the IRS and will furnish winners with a federal Form 1099. Winners must provide their social security number to 95.7 BEN-FM for tax reporting purposes, and are solely responsible for payment of all taxes incurred as a result of the award of a prize.

General

Worst Floors in the Delaware Valley Rules

1. No purchase is necessary to participate in this promotion, and you do not have to participate in a sales presentation. Void where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. You may enter this promotion by completing the entry form on-line on the Floors USA contest page at www.floorsusa.com. No more than one entry per household is allowed. All contest entries will become the property of Floors USA and will not be acknowledged or returned.

2. Floors USA will award one (1) winner as selected by a Floors USA representative. The contest period begins on March 3rd, 2010 and ends on March 28, 2010. All entries must be received by Floors USA by 11:59pm on March 28, 2010 to be eligible. The prize winner will be selected by a Floors USA representative in his or her sole discretion based on his/her determination of the most deserving contest entry. The decision will be made within five business days after the end of the contest period. Floors USA reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate this promotion without notice at any time. The winner will be notified by certified mail within 15 days of the decision. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. 3. “Worst Floors In the Delaware Valley” nominees must (i) be legal residents of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Delaware (ii) be 18 years of age or older, (iii) own their own home, which home has a structure that is in a suitable condition (as determined by Floors USA or its designees) for installation of the prize (including compliance with local building codes and regulations), and (iv) reside in a geographic area in which Floors USA is permitted to install such prize at the winner's location. Employees, officers and directors (and their immediate family members and those living in the same household) of Floors USA, Greater Media Philadelphia, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, co-branded partners, consultants, contractors, advertising, public relations, promotion, fulfillment and marketing agencies, are not eligible to participate in the promotion.

The winner will receive a $1000 gift certificate (retail value) for the purchase of Floors USA products, and FREE standard professional installation of the purchased products by Floors USA or its designees in one room not exceeding 12’ x 20’. Any costs in excess of retail value of the prize certificate (including, without limitation, sales tax) shall be the sole and exclusive responsibility of the winner. Any waterproofing, remediation or other repairs necessary for proper installation (as determined by Floors USA or its designees in their sole discretion) must be performed at owner's expense prior to installation of the products. Installation labor does not include painting, staining, lighting or HVAC systems. No transfers, substitution in prizes or cash will be allowed except by Floors USA, who may substitute a prize with a value of at least $1000. Upon installation of prize, Floors USA will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the winner with the winner assuming full ownership and responsibility for the prize. Winner must arrange for prize installation no later than one month following the award of the prize and installation must occur and be completed within six months of confirmed notification.
