All prizes MUST be picked up at the WBEN-FM offices during office business hours unless otherwise noted. Winner may designate someone to pick up their prize for them, if approved by BEN-FM promotions personnel in advance. If approved, the designee must have a copy of the prize winner's VALID, GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID with them or the prize cannot be released. All winners must provide a signed and notarized liability/publicity release before any prize can be claimed.

How to Enter for a Chance to Win

Listen to 95.7 BEN-FM (Station) each weekday beginning on Monday, July 19th and ending Friday, August 13th 2010 for the Win BEN’s Ride cue-to-call. The 9th caller at 215-263-BEN FM (215-263-2363) when they hear the BEN cue-to-call will win the qualifying prize and will be automatically entered into the finalist drawing (subject to winner qualification and confirmation of eligibility). There will be three chances to win each weekday between the hours of 7am and 6pm. At the completion of the promotion, fifteen finalists will be chosen to appear at the Win BEN’s Ride giveaway event (date and location TBD). Finalists must be present at the giveaway event to be eligible to win the grand prize.

Online listeners to the Station web stream may experience a reception delay of up to one minute. Listening to the station’s over-the-air broadcast is the best way to participate in this contest.

Prize

Sixty (60) qualifying prizes will be awarded. All qualifiers will be awarded a $50 gas card (ARV $50). Expiration date and other restrictions may apply, as stated on the card.

Fifteen of the sixty qualifiers will be chosen at random to be a finalist. One of the fifteen finalists will be chosen at random to win the grand prize, a two-year lease on a 2010 Chevrolet Traverse AWD LS – (ARV: $14,400). Winner is solely responsible for all taxes, registration, license fees, options, insurance and refundable security deposit, if applicable. Lease will be issued in the winner’s name and the winner will be responsible for all charges in excess of the basic lease value stated above, including (without limitation) any charges for excess mileage, damage to the vehicle and any other violations of the lease terms. Winner must possess a valid driver’s license, demonstrate adequate and valid proof of insurance and qualify for dealer financing in order to receive the prize. Frederick’s Chevrolet reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of any winner. Winner is subject to lease contract terms. Winner is responsible for maintenance required under the lease. Maximum of 10,000 miles per year included in the prize. If winner is not eligible for the lease, prize will be forfeited and no substitute will be provided.

Odds of being selected as a qualifier depend in part on number of people trying to call in. Odds of being selected as a finalist once a qualifier are 1 in 4. Odds of winning the grand prize once selected as a finalist are 1 in 15. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash. 95.7 BEN-FM reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value. Winners may not request prize substitution. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be claimed or used by any person other than the winner. Winners must claim their prizes in person at the BEN-FM offices, or as otherwise instructed by Station personnel, within 30 days after the end of the contest. Prizes not claimed within the 30-day period will be forfeited.

Eligibility
All entrants must be at least 18 years old and legal residents of the United States, living or working in Station’s total survey area (as defined by Arbitron). A winner will be disqualified if he/she or a member of his/her household has won a 95.7 BEN-FM contest with a value over $50.00 within the previous 60 days. Winners will also be disqualified if they or a member of their household has won a GREATER MEDIA PHILADELPHIA (WMMR/WMGK/WBEN/WPEN/WNUW) prize valued at One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) or greater in the past 365 days. Employees (including their immediate families and members of the same household) of Greater Philadelphia Radio, Inc., its affiliates, promotion sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies who do business with 95.7 BEN-FM or any of the promotion sponsors, and other radio stations in 95.7 BEN-FM’s metro survey area (as defined by Arbitron) are not eligible to participate in any contest presented by 95.7 BEN-FM. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents and legal guardians, children and legal wards, grandparents, and grandchildren, including “in-laws.” Void where prohibited.
Release
By participating, all entrants agree to release and hold harmless the promotion sponsors, 95.7 BEN-FM, Greater Philadelphia Radio, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability and any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this contest and any prize won. Winners (and their guests, if any) will be required to sign a form releasing 95.7 BEN-FM and its affiliated companies from all liability in connection with the contest and the award and use of the prize before claiming the prize.

License
Entry into any contest constitutes full permission for 95.7 BEN-FM and promotion sponsors and their respective affiliates to broadcast and/or to photograph or publish the participant's name, voice, recorded comments, biographical information, face and likeness without compensation.
Taxes
If required by law, 95.7 BEN-FM will report the total value of each prize to the IRS and will furnish winners with a federal Form 1099. Winners must provide their social security number to 95.7 BEN-FM for tax reporting purposes, and are solely responsible for payment of all taxes incurred as a result of the award of a prize (including, without limitation, income, sales, excise, and use taxes).
General
Failure to conform to all contest rules, or any fraud or other illegal or inappropriate conduct on the part of a contestant or on the contestant’s behalf, will result in the contestant's disqualification and forfeiture of any prize won. 95.7 BEN-FM reserves the right to rule ineligible listeners who, in 95.7 BEN-FM’s sole judgment, engage in abusive conduct with respect to any contest or promotion conducted by 95.7 BEN-FM or its affiliates. 95.7 BEN-FM reserves the right to make changes in the contest rules at any time, which changes will become effective upon announcement. By taking part in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these rules and all decisions of the judges, who are employees of 95.7 BEN-FM and whose decisions with respect to all aspects of the contest are final and binding. As a condition to participating in this Contest, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and all causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania having competent jurisdiction, which court shall apply the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to the conflicts of law principles thereof. The entrant and BEN-FM hereby waive any and all right to trial by jury. If any provision of these Official Rules is declared or found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, unenforceable or void, then such provision will be null and void but each other provision hereof not so affected will be enforced to the full extent permitted by applicable law.

BEN’s Beat the Heat Giveaway – 95.7 BEN-FM Contest Rules

How to Enter for a Chance to Win
From August 2nd through September 10th, 2010, 95.7 BEN-FM (Station) will be giving listeners the chance to win a trip to Florida each weekday. To enter, visit ilikebenfm.com during the contest period to complete and submit the online entry form. All entries must be received by 11:59 pm on Thursday, September 9, 2010 to be eligible to win. On each weekday during the contest period, if the temperature equals or exceeds 95 degrees (Fahrenheit) by 5 pm (in other words, the temperature is 95 degrees or more at some measured point between 12:01 am and 5 pm that day), one entrant will be selected at random from all eligible entries received to date to win the prize. The winner will be announced on the BEN-FM Morning Show with Marilyn Russell the following weekday. The official temperature will be posted on the Visit Florida thermometer on the homepage of ilikebenfm.com. The official temperature location is the Philadelphia International Airport and the official temperature source is Weather.com®. Temperatures reported by other sources or at other locations will not be considered for purposes of this promotion. Neither the Philadelphia International Airport nor Weather.com is a sponsor of or otherwise affiliated with this promotion. Eligible entries must include all required contact information. Entries will become the property to Station and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Prize
Up to twenty (20) prizes will be awarded during the specified contest period, depending on the number of days the temperature reaches 95 degrees (F) or higher. (No prize will be awarded if the official temperature does not reach 95 degrees (F) during the contest period.) Each prize is a vacation package for two that includes round trip coach air transportation for two (2) on Southwest Airlines from Philadelphia International Airport to West Palm Beach, FL and three (3) nights’ double-occupancy hotel accommodations at the PGA National Resort & Spa in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The trip is valid through September 10, 2011 and is subject to availability; blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. Minor guests must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Redemption instructions will accompany all travel certificates. How to Enter for a Chance to Win
BEN FM’s Prize Vault contest will run from Monday, September 13 through Friday, October 15, 2010.  Each weekday during the contest period at approximately 7:10am., listen to 95.7 BEN FM to hear the DJ announce what times later that day listeners will have the opportunity to call the BEN-FM contest line, 215-263-BENFM for the chance to win $100 (company check) or the opportunity to select an item out of BEN's Prize Vault..  Members of the BENtourage, BEN-FM's exclusive listener club, will also be able to find out what times they'll have a chance to win each day by accessing the BENtourage Members' Page at ilikebenfm.com.  Listeners can become a BENtourage member by completing the registration form at ilikebenfm.com.  There is no charge or other financial commitment to become a BENtourage member. 

A “Cue to Call” announcement will be played 3 times each weekday at the previously announced times to alert listeners to call in and what number caller they have to be.  The correct callers each day after the cue-to-call airs will receive $100, which they may elect to keep or decline in favor of a prize from the BEN FM Prize Vault.  Prize Vault prizes will vary each day, and each day’s prize will not be disclosed until the winner has made his/her election.

Winners must inspect their prizes before leaving the station.  95.7 BEN-FM  is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failure or malfunctions, lost or unavailable network or other telecommunications connections, or lost, late, damaged, illegible, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, disconnected, or delayed contest entries or communications, whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this contest, or by any human error which may occur in the execution of this contest.  If, for any reason, the contest is not capable of being conducted as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond the control of Station, 95.7 BEN-FM reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest and/or determine an alternative method of awarding the prizes.
License
Entry into any contest constitutes full permission for 95.7 BEN-FM and promotion sponsors and their respective affiliates to broadcast and/or to photograph or publish the participant's name, voice, recorded comments, biographical information, face and likeness without compensation.
Taxes
If required by law, 95.7 BEN-FM will report the total value of each prize to the IRS and will furnish winners with a federal Form 1099.  Winners must provide their social security number to 95.7 BEN-FM  for tax reporting purposes, and are solely responsible for payment of all taxes incurred as a result of the award of a prize (including, without limitation, income, sales, excise, and use taxes). 
General
Failure to conform to all contest rules, or any fraud or other illegal or inappropriate conduct on the part of a contestant or on the contestant’s behalf, will result in the contestant's disqualification and forfeiture of any prize won.  95.7 BEN-FM reserves the right to rule ineligible listeners who, in 95.7 BEN-FM’s sole judgment, engage in abusive conduct with respect to any contest or promotion conducted by 95.7 BEN-FM  or its affiliates.  95.7 BEN-FM reserves the right to make changes in the contest rules at any time, which changes will become effective upon announcement.  By taking part in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these rules and all decisions of the judges, who are employees of 95.7 BEN-FM and whose decisions with respect to all aspects of the contest are final and binding.  Copies of written contest rules and the list of winners are available during regular business hours at the 95.7 BEN-FM studio, One Bala Plaza, Suite 424, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004 for 60 days after the contest concludes. 
As a condition to participating in this Contest, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and all causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania having competent jurisdiction, which court shall apply the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to the conflicts of law principles thereof. The entrant and BEN-FM hereby waive any and all right to trial by jury. If any provision of these Official Rules is declared or found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, unenforceable or void, then such provision will be null and void but each other provision hereof not so affected will be enforced to the full extent permitted by applicable law.

How to Enter for a Chance to Win

Listeners will have the opportunity to enter online between Monday, March 22, 2010 and Friday, April 16, 2010. To enter, visit the contest page on www.wmmr.com, www.wmgk.com, www.ilikebenfm.com or www.975thefanatic.com. Click on the TD Bank “Dining for a Year” Contest link. Complete the Online Entry Form, including your name and contact information (daytime phone number, home address, email address). All entries must be received by 11:59 pm on Friday, 4/16/10, to be eligible. Only one registration per person. One winner total will be chosen from the combined entries from each radio station website.

All contest entries will become the property of Greater Media Philadelphia and will not be acknowledged or returned.

On or about April 19, 2010, one entry will be selected as the winner from all eligible entries received.

Prize

One winner will receive (12) $100.00 (One Hundred Dollars) restaurant gift cards. “Dining for a Year” is defined as one gift certificate per month for 12 months. The gift cards are for Iron Hill Brewery ($600) and Panera Bread ($600).
(Estimated Retail Value: $1,200.00). Expiration date and other restrictions or requirements may apply as stated on gift card or accompanying paperwork.

Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Non-cash prizes are not redeemable for cash. Greater Media Philadelphia reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value. Winners may not request prize substitution. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be claimed or used by any person other than the winner. Winners must claim their prizes in person at the Greater Media Philadelphia offices within 30 days after the end of the contest. Prizes not claimed within the 30-day period will be forfeited.

Eligibility

All entrants must be at least 18 years old and legal residents of the United States, living or working in the total survey area (as defined by Arbitron) of one of Greater Media Philadelphia’s radio stations. A winner will be disqualified if he/she or a member of his/her household has won a Greater Media Philadelphia contest with a value over $50.00 within the previous 60 days. Employees (including their immediate families and members of the same household) of Greater Media Philadelphia, its affiliates, promotion sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies who do business with Greater Media Philadelphia or any of the promotion sponsors, and other radio stations in the Philadelphia metro survey area (as defined by Arbitron) are not eligible to participate in any contest presented by Greater Media Philadelphia. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents and legal guardians, children and legal wards, grandparents, and grandchildren, including “in-laws.” One entry per person; multiple entries will disqualify the entrant. Void where prohibited.

Release

By entering, all participants agree to release and hold harmless the promotion sponsors, Greater Media Philadelphia, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability and any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this contest and any prize won.
