All prizes MUST be picked up at the WBEN-FM offices during office business hours unless otherwise noted. Winner may designate someone to pick up their prize for them, if approved by BEN-FM promotions personnel in advance. If approved, the designee must have a copy of the prize winner's VALID, GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID with them or the prize cannot be released. All winners must provide a signed and notarized liability/publicity release before any prize can be claimed.

How to Enter for a Chance to Win
The BEN-FM Secret Cash Contest will run weekdays from Monday, April 15, 2013 through Friday, May 10, 2013. The only way to get the information needed to participate in this contest is to (1) be a BENefits Club Member (or become one by clicking on the graphic at ilikebenfm.com that says 'BENefits Club Members, Win Cash For Listening' and then following the instructions), (2) receive an email from BEN-FM and follow the instructions, or (3) receive a phone call on behalf of WBEN-FM with pertinent contest information. To become a BENefits Club Member go to www.ilikebenfm.com and click on the BENefits Club tab at the top of the home page, then follow the instructions to register. There is no fee or other consideration required to become a BENefits Club Member. During the contest period (weekdays only), when a song by the band Bon Jovi begins to play on 95.7 BEN-FM, be the 15th caller to 215-263-BENFM (2363) to win a company check for $250. 95.7 BEN-FM will play a Bon Jovi song a minimum of three times each weekday and a maximum of five times each weekday during the contest period. BENefits Club Members can go to the BENefits Club Members page on www.ilikebenfm.com to find a listing of the approximate times that 95.7 BEN-FM will play a song by Bon Jovi.

Online listeners to the WBEN-FM (Station) web stream may experience a reception delay of up to one minute. Listening to BEN-FM’s over-the-air broadcast is the best way to participate in the on-air portion of this contest.
Winner qualification is subject to FULL phone call completion, and the verification of the caller’s name, address, home phone number, work/cell phone number and social security number, all of which must be provided prior to completion of the call. Contest calls will not be accepted at any other number.

Prize

Eighty (80) prizes will be awarded: each a company check for $250. Allow up to 6 weeks for check processing.

Odds of being selected as a winner depend in part on number of people trying to call in. Non-cash prizes are not redeemable for cash. WBEN-FM reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value. Winners may not request prize substitution. Winners must claim their prizes by completing all required paperwork in person at the BEN-FM offices during business hours any non-holiday weekday within 30 days after the contest concludes. Must have valid photo ID to claim prize. Prizes not claimed as described above will be forfeited.

All entrants must be at least 18 years old and legal residents of the United States, living or working in the Philadelphia metro survey area (as defined by Arbitron). By participating, all entrants release and hold harmless the promotion sponsors, 95.7 BEN-FM, Greater Philadelphia Radio, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability and any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this contest and any prize won. If required by law, 95.7 BEN-FM will report the total value of each prize to the IRS and will furnish winners with a federal Form 1099. Winners must provide their social security number to 95.7 BEN-FM for tax reporting purposes, and are solely responsible for payment of all taxes incurred as a result of the award of a prize (including, without limitation, income, sales, excise, and use taxes).

Failure to conform to all contest rules, or any fraud or other illegal or inappropriate conduct on the part of a contestant or on the contestant’s behalf, will result in the contestant's disqualification and forfeiture of any prize won. 95.7 BEN-FM reserves the right to rule ineligible listeners who, in 95.7 BEN-FM’s sole judgment, engage in abusive conduct with respect to any contest or promotion conducted by 95.7 BEN-FM or its affiliates. 95.7 BEN-FM reserves the right to make changes in the contest rules at any time, which changes will become effective upon announcement. By taking part in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these rules and all decisions of the judges, who are employees of 95.7 BEN-FM and whose decisions with respect to all aspects of the contest are final and binding. As a condition to participating in this Contest, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and all causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania having competent jurisdiction, which court shall apply the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to the conflicts of law principles thereof. The entrant and BEN-FM hereby waive any and all right to trial by jury. If any provision of these Official Rules is declared or found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, unenforceable or void, then such provision will be null and void but each other provision hereof not so affected will be enforced to the full extent permitted by applicable law.

How to Enter for a Chance to Win
The BEN-FM “Win BEN's Beach House' Contest will run weekdays from Monday, April 29, 2013 through Friday, May 24 , 2013. Each week, WBEN-FM will give away a 7 day stay at the BEN-FM Beach House in Ocean City, NJ. To enter, listen to 95.7 BEN FM each weekday during the contest period, at approximately 8am, 10am, Noon, 2pm, and 4pm (ET), to hear the keyword to text to the short code 95711. Standard message and data rates may apply. Alternatively, listeners can enter online at http://www.vibescm.com/amoe by completing and submitting the online entry form with the correct keyword when it is announced on-air. Text and online entries must be submitted within 30 minutes after the keyword is announced in order to be eligible. All listeners that text the correct keyword, or enter it online, at the proper time will be registered for that week's Grand Prize drawing.

There will be a DIFFERENT keyword announced at each of the times listed - 8am, 10am, Noon, 2pm, and 4pm. Listeners may enter up to five times EACH weekday to win that week's Grand Prize, but only one entry (total, regardless of entry method) is allowed per person per entry period, meaning contestants can only enter one time at 8am, 10am, Noon, 2pm and 4pm respectively.

Between 4:45p and 5:30pm each Friday during the contest period, WBEN-FM will randomly select one of that week's entrants as a potential winner of that week's Grand Prize . A WBEN-FM staffer will call the phone number that was used to text the selected entry or that was listed on the selected online entry form. If the entrant does not pick up on the first call attempt, s/he will be disqualified from that week's drawing, and WBEN-FM will choose a new potential winner. This process will continue until a full phone call is completed and the Station confirms that the potential winner meets ALL eligibility requirements. Winner qualification phone calls may be recorded, edited and later played on-air. It is possible that a listener may be told that they are the winner and then later be disqualified due to the failure to meet all eligibility requirements after a review of all winner information. Potential winners will be notified as soon as possible if they have been disqualified, and a new winner may be randomly selected in their place.

Transportation, meals, and all other expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. Non-cash prizes are not redeemable for cash.  WBEN-FM reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value.  Winner may not request prize substitution.  Prize is non-transferable and may not be claimed or used by any person other than the winner.  Winner must claim prize in person as instructed by the WBEN-FM promotions staff.  Prize not claimed as instructed will be forfeited.  If winner cannot use the prize on the stated dates, it will be forfeited. Winner and guests must comply with all rules and regulations established by the Beach House landlord, and will be responsible for any violation of the rules or damage to the Beach House. A CREDIT CARD will be required before winner receives the keys to the Beach House, to be used if any damages or expenses are incurred. NO PETS are allowed in the beach house. NO SMOKING is allowed in the beach house.Winner are responsible for bringing their own towels and bed linens.
If Grand Prize winner does not claim the Beach House in accordance with these rules, WBEN-FM reserves the right to award the Grand Prize to an alternate entrant. If the alternate entrant does not claim the Beach House, WBEN-FM reserves the right to award the Beach House in its sole discretion or to not award the prize for that week.
Odds of winning the Grand Prize each week depend on the number of eligible entries received that week.

How to Enter for a Chance to Win
From May 6 through September 8, 2013 [SHOULD THIS BE THE SUNDAY BEFORE LABOR DAY? IF SO, THAT’S SEPTEMBER 1 THIS YEAR], have a photograph of yourself taken holding up a “BEN There” fan or graphic and send the photo to BEN-FM via the online registration page on ilikebenfm.com or by email to BENTHERE@ilikebenfm.com, along with your name, address (hometown is sufficient), phone number, date of birth, and where the photo was taken. The entrant must be the person displayed in the photograph. Photo files must be in .jpg or .gif format and may not be larger than 1MB. All entries must be received by 11:59pm (ET) on September 8 [SAME QUESTION ON THE DATE], 2013 to be eligible for consideration in the contest. By entering, all participants certify that they have all rights necessary to submit their entry photo for contest consideration and online posting, and grant WBEN-FM permission to post their entry photo online at ilikebenfm.com. All photos must be in good taste and should not contain any images that are violent, indecent, or display illegal activity. BEN-FM reserves the right to disqualify any entry in its sole discretion.
Pick up a BEN-FM BEN THERE fan or BEN THERE graphic in one of the following ways:
1. Attend a BEN-FM promotional appearance and ask a BEN-FM Party Patrol member for a BEN THERE fan. BEN THERE fans will be available at all BEN-FM appearances while supplies last. A schedule of BEN-FM promotional appearances can be found under the listing “Events” at ilikebenfm.com.
2. Go to ilikebenfm.com and download the BEN THERE graphic from the BEN There page at ilikebenfm.com .
The winning picture will be determined by BEN-FM staff on or around September 9, 2013, and the winner will be notified by phone or mail. The following criteria will be taken into consideration when choosing the winning photo:
a. How far away from Philadelphia was the picture taken,
b. how creatively did the person in the photo use the BEN THERE fan or graphic,
c. whether the contestant did anything before, during or after the picture was taken to promote 95.7 BEN-FM (this information may be included in the entry email).
Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded: a company check for $500 .

95.7 BEN-FM reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value. Winner may not request prize substitution. Prize is non-transferable and may not be claimed or used by any person other than the winner. Copies of written contest rules and the list of winners are available during regular business hours at the 95.7 BEN-FM studio, One Bala Plaza, Suite 424, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004 for 60 days after the contest concludes.
As a condition to participating in this Contest, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and all causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania having competent jurisdiction, which court shall apply the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to the conflicts of law principles thereof. The entrant and Station hereby waive any and all right to trial by jury. If any provision of these Official Rules is declared or found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, unenforceable or void, then such provision will be null and void but each other provision hereof not so affected will be enforced to the full extent permitted by applicable law.

Deptford Mall Text to Win Thursday Contest Rules

How to Enter for a Chance to Win
Every Thursday from Memorial Day to Labor day ( May 23, 2013 through-August 29, 2013) for 15 weeks total. Listeners will be told to go to Deptford Malls Facebook page at 10am, 12pm, and 2pm to get the “text to win” key word. Listeners then will be directed to text the word to 95711 for a chance to win $100 gift card to Deptford mall at random. All listeners can text up to three times a day for each different word for a chance to win.
Online listeners to the Station web stream may experience a reception delay of up to one minute. Listening to the station’s over-the-air broadcast is the best way to participate in this contest.
All contest entries will become the property of Station and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Prize
$100 Deptford Mall Gift Cards each week (Total$1500 and 15 prizes total)
Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Non-cash prizes are not redeemable for cash. STATION reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value. Winners may not request prize substitution. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be claimed or used by any person other than the winner. Winners must claim their prizes in person at the STATION offices within 30 days after the end of the contest. Prizes not claimed within the 30-day period will be forfeited.

Eligibility
All entrants must be at least 18 years old and legal residents of the United States, living or working in Station’s terrestrial listening area. A winner will be disqualified if he/she or a member of his/her household has won a STATION contest with a value over $50.00 within the previous 60 days. Employees (including their immediate families and members of the same household) of Greater [CITY] Radio, Inc., its affiliates (including STATION), promotion sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies who do business with STATION or any of the promotion sponsors, and other radio stations in STATION’s ADI are not eligible to participate in any contest presented by STATION. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents and legal guardians, children and legal wards, grandparents, and grandchildren, including “in-laws.” One entry per person; multiple entries will disqualify the entrant. Void where prohibited.

Release
Winners agree to release and hold harmless the promotion sponsors, STATION, Greater Philadelphia Radio, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability and any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this contest and any prize won. Winners (and their guests, if any) will be required to sign a form releasing STATION and its affiliated companies from all liability in connection with the contest and the award and use of the prize before claiming the prize.

STATION undertakes no liability or responsibility, and makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the performance of the prize(s) awarded, for any failure to perform or negligent performance of any service provider, or for any other risk, incident or damage, direct or indirect, relating to or arising out of the contest, including (but not limited to) cancellations, postponements, delays or other scheduling changes; missed events or connections or inability of winner to attend; and accident, injury, damage or expense arising from or occurring during the use of the prize, or travel to/from or attendance at any event relating to the contest, by the winner and/or winner’s guest(s). STATION is not responsible for damage to a prize or loss of a prize after the prize has been claimed. Winners must inspect their prizes before leaving the station. STATION is not responsible for technical, hardware or software failure or malfunctions, lost or unavailable network or other telecommunications connections, or lost, late, damaged, illegible, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, disconnected, or delayed contest entries or communications, whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this contest, or by any human error which may occur in the execution of this contest.

License
Entry into any contest constitutes full permission for STATION and promotion sponsors and their respective affiliates to broadcast and/or to photograph or publish the participant's name, voice, recorded comments, biographical information, face and likeness without compensation.

Taxes
STATION will report the total value of each prize to the IRS and will furnish winners with a federal Form 1099. Winners must provide their social security number to STATION for tax reporting purposes, and are solely responsible for payment of all taxes incurred as a result of the award of a prize.

General
Failure to conform to all contest rules, or any fraud or other illegal or inappropriate conduct on the part of a contestant, will result in the contestant's disqualification and forfeiture of any prize won. STATION reserves the right to rule ineligible listeners who, in STATION’s sole judgment, engage in abusive conduct with respect to any contest or promotion conducted by STATION or its affiliates. STATION reserves the right to make changes in the contest rules at any time, which changes will become effective upon announcement. By taking part in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these rules and all decisions of the judges, who are employees of STATION and whose decisions with respect to all aspects of the contest are final and binding.
