WBEN-FM’s Hundred Dollar Hits

How to Enter for a Chance to Win
The WBEN-FM Hundred Dollar Hits events will be open to all those in attendance at any WBEN-FM promotional appearance that has been identified as a Hundred Dollar Hits appearance either on-air on 95.7 WBEN-FM or online at ilikebenfm.com . Hundred Dollar Hits events will occur throughout 2011, unless otherwise announced.
Throughout a qualifying appearance, those in attendance will have up to one (1) opportunity to attempt to win $100 in cash. Contestants will be given the opportunity to correctly identify the name of the song and performing artist for three different sets of lyrics that will be read aloud to them. If they correctly identify each artist and each song for all three sets of lyrics, they will win $100. If a contestant does not guess both the name of the artist and the name of the song that corresponds to the lyrics they were just read, their guess will be considered incorrect.
Song lyrics will be divided into three categories: Rock Legend, Pop Sensation, or One Hit Wonder. The type of lyrics that will be read to each contestant will be determined by the contestant spinning the WBEN-FM Hundred Dollar Hits wheel. The contestant will be read lyrics, and will have to identify song titles and artists, from the category on which the wheel lands.
If the contestant does not correctly identify the artist and the name of the song that corresponds to the lyrics they were just read, their turn is over and they will not be given another opportunity to win during that particular promotional appearance. If the contestant correctly identifies the artist and the name of the song that corresponds to the lyrics they were just read, they will get to spin the wheel again for a total of up to three (3) sets of lyrics and guesses. If the contestant correctly identifies the artist and the name of the song for all three sets of lyrics, s/he will be awarded $100 in cash.
Only one (1) contestant per appearance will be able to win. Once a contestant has won $100 at that particular appearance, the Hundred Dollar Hits portion of the appearance will end. Otherwise, the Hundred Dollar Hits contest will continue until the appearance concludes or until WBEN-FM announces that the contest is ending. Contestants will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and may be asked to register with the WBEN-FM representative on-site before participating.
Prize
Up to one (1) prize will be awarded per Hundred Dollar Hits appearance: $100 in cash. Once a contestant has won the prize at an appearance, the Hundred Dollar Hits contest will end and no one else will be given the opportunity to win at that appearance.
Eligibility
All entrants must be at least 18 years old (at least 21 for any promotions held at bars or clubs where alcoholic beverages are served) and legal residents of the United States, living or working in the Philadelphia metro survey area. Employees (including their immediate families and members of the same household) of Greater Media Philadelphia, the appearance venue, any promotion sponsors, their respective affiliates and advertising and promotional agencies, and other radio stations in the Philadelphia metro survey area are not eligible to participate. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents and legal guardians, children and legal wards, grandparents, and grandchildren, including “in-laws.” Limit one entry per person; multiple entries will disqualify the entrant. Void where prohibited.
Release
By entering, all participants agree to release and hold harmless the promotion sponsors, WBEN-FM, Greater Philadelphia Radio, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability and any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this contest and any prize won. Winners (and their guests, if any) will be required to sign a form releasing WBEN-FM and its affiliated companies from all liability in connection with the contest and the award and use of the prize before claiming the prize.

Entry into any contest constitutes full permission for WBEN-FM and promotion sponsors and their respective affiliates to broadcast and/or to photograph or publish the participant's name, voice, recorded comments, biographical information, face and likeness without compensation.
Taxes
If required by applicable law, WBEN-FM will report the total value of each prize to the IRS and will furnish winners with a federal Form 1099. Winners must provide their social security number to WBEN for tax reporting purposes, and are solely responsible for payment of all taxes incurred as a result of the award of a prize.

Failure to conform to all contest rules, or any fraud or other illegal or inappropriate conduct on the part of a contestant, will result in the contestant's disqualification and forfeiture of any prize won. WBEN reserves the right to rule ineligible listeners who, in WBEN’s sole judgment, engage in abusive conduct with respect to any contest or promotion conducted by WBEN or its affiliates. WBEN reserves the right to make changes in the contest rules at any time, which changes will become effective upon announcement. By taking part in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these rules and all decisions of the judges, who are employees of WBEN and whose decisions with respect to all aspects of the contest are final and binding. How to Enter for a Chance to Win
From January 20th through February 20th, 2012, McDonald’s and BEN-FM will be giving listeners the chance to win a Happy Meal party for their child and 10 of their child’s friends at a local McDonald’s location, as well as a $250 Arch card. To enter, visit ilikebenfm.com during the contest period to submit an email entry through the contest link or by emailing apple@ilikebenfm.com. The email must include a picture of the entrant’s child (.jpg or .gif file format, maximum size 1GB) and a brief description of what makes him or her smile. Child must be between 1 and 12 years old. Entry must also include the parent's name, phone number and email address, and dates of birth of the entrant and the child. All entries must be received by 11:59 pm (ET) on Sunday February 20th , 2012 to be eligible to win. Eligible entries must include all required contact information. Entries will become the property of the Station and will not be acknowledged or returned.
All entrants must also submit a user generated content submission release (available on the contest page) along with their entries. Contest entries will not be considered without the release. Only custodial parents/legal guardians may enter their child (no grandparents or other relatives or friends, neighbors, etc.). No professional photography allowed. Only one child allowed in each photo entry. Only one entry per child permitted.

Each weekday during the contest period, at approximately 8am, Noon, 2pm, and 4pm (ET), listen to 95.7 BEN FM to hear the Cue to Call. After the Cue to Call airs, the 15th caller to 215-263-BENFM (2363) will win a $50 Visa® Gift Card and will be qualified for a chance to win a trip for 2 to Atlantis Paradise Island Resort in Nassau Bahamas. One (1) Grand Prize winner will be chosen at random at the end of each contesting week from all qualifiers that week.
Qualifiers will only be eligible to win the Grand Prize trip during the week in which they qualified. Grand Prize winner will be notified via phone and/or email at approximately 5pm on the Friday of the week that they qualified.
Online listeners to the WBEN-FM (Station) web stream may experience a reception delay of up to one minute. Listening to BEN-FM’s over-the-air broadcast is the best way to participate in the on-air portion of this contest.
Listener qualification is subject to FULL phone call completion, and the verification of the caller’s name, address, home phone number, work/cell phone number and social security number, all of which must be provided prior to completion of the call. Contest calls will not be accepted at any other number.
Prize
Eighty (80) qualifying prizes will be awarded: Prize consists of a $50 Visa Gift Card. Expiration date and other restrictions may apply as stated on the gift card or accompanying paperwork.
Four (4) Grand Prizes will be awarded: Each prize is a 4-day/3-night trip to Atlantis, Paradise Island, Bahamas for the winner and one (1) guest, consisting of: Round trip coach air transportation for two (2) between Philadelphia International Airport and Nassau International Airport provided by Atlantis; three (3) nights’ accommodations, room and tax only, for two (2) guests in a maximum of one (1) room at the Royal Towers; transfers to and from the resort and the airport in Nassau; and a shallow water dolphin interaction for two (subject to availability). Winner is responsible for any international taxes charged when redeeming voucher.

Reservations are subject to availability, and may not be made for any major holiday period or any blackout periods as defined by the prize provider. Travel arrangements must be made a minimum of sixty (60) days prior to date of departure and are subject to availability. All elements of the Grand Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of booking. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. Minor traveling companion(s) (if any) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If winner is between the ages of 18 and 21, he/she must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 21 years of age, in order to check in to on-site hotel. Winner will be responsible for all meals, insurance, incidentals, upgrades, baggage fees, energy surcharges, airport departure taxes, gratuities, telephone calls, other ground transportation and for any other expenses, including federal, state and local taxes, not specifically stated as included in the prize. Airfare will be provided in the form of an American Airlines Travel Certificate. Winner is responsible for coordinating air transportation from American Airlines using the Travel Certificate, and for booking available hotel accommodations at Atlantis. Travel times and routes may be limited. Booking as far in advance as possible is recommended for both air and hotel, as both American Airlines flights to Bahamas and hotel stay at Atlantis are in high demand. Trip must be completed by December 31, 2012 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. No extensions will be permitted. Credit card or cash deposit will be required at check-in to cover room incidentals. Original travel certificate must be surrendered to the front desk agent at check-in. If the original certificate is not provided, winner will be responsible for all accommodation and incidental charges incurred during the stay, at then-applicable public rates.
Any applicable fees, taxes, surcharges, service charges and passenger facility charges relating to air travel are the responsibility of the winner and must be paid at the time of booking. American Airlines Travel Certificates are valid for travel only on specific American Airlines-affiliated carriers, as specified on the certificate. Lost or stolen Travel Certificates will not be replaced. Passengers are not eligible for AAdvantage miles or other promotional benefits in connection with use of the Travel Certificates. Other restrictions and requirements apply as stated on the Travel Certificates or accompanying paperwork.
Odds of winning depend in part on number of people trying to call in. Odds of being selected as the grand prize winner each week is no less than one in 20. Non-cash prizes are not redeemable for cash. Station reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any prize or prize element with one of equal or greater value. Winners may not request prize substitution. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be claimed or used by any person other than the winner. Winners must claim their prizes or prize certificates in person at the Station offices within 30 days after the end of the contest. Prizes not claimed within the 30-day period will be forfeited.
Eligibility
All entrants must be at least 18 years old and legal residents of the United States, living or working in the Philadelphia metro survey area (as defined by Arbitron). A winner will be disqualified if he/she or a member of his/her household has won a 95.7 BEN-FM contest with a value over $50.00 within the previous 60 days.
Entrants can qualify and win a qualifying prize a maximum of one (1) time during the entirety of the contest period.
Winners will also be disqualified if they or a member of their household has won a GREATER MEDIA PHILADELPHIA (WMMR/WMGK/WBEN-FM/WPEN) prize valued at One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) or greater in the past 365 days. Employees (including their immediate families and members of the same household) of Greater Philadelphia Radio, Inc., its affiliates, promotion sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies who do business with 95.7 BEN-FM or any of the promotion sponsors, and other radio stations in 95.7 BEN-FM’s metro survey area (as defined by Arbitron) are not eligible to participate in any contest presented by 95.7 BEN-FM. By participating, all entrants agree to release and hold harmless the promotion sponsors, 95.7 BEN-FM, Greater Philadelphia Radio, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability and any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this contest and any prize won. Taxes
If required by law, 95.7 BEN-FM will report the total value of each prize to the IRS and will furnish winners with a federal Form 1099. Winners must provide their social security number to 95.7 BEN-FM for tax reporting purposes, and are solely responsible for payment of all taxes incurred as a result of the award of a prize (including, without limitation, income, sales, excise, and use taxes).

How to Enter for a Chance to Win
From January 12 through January 31, 2012, listeners will have the chance to nominate themselves, a family member, friend or co-worker to be honored at the BEN-FM Scharf Group Celebrate and Embrace Retirement Party at The Desmond Hotel in Malvern, PA on Sunday, February 19, 2012 from Four to Six pm. To enter, visit ilikebenfm.com during the contest period to complete and submit the online entry form. By submitting an entry, all entrants agree that a representative of Scharf Group may contact them by phone to complete the entry process. Throughout the entry period and through February 3, 2012, WBEN-FM will share the online entry submissions with the Scharf Group. Scharf Group and BEN FM will decide which entrants will be selected and interviewed. Scharf Group will be contacting select entrants as early as January 13, 2012 to conduct an interview that will complete the entry process. After reviewing all entries and conducting the phone interviews, up to twelve (12) nominees will be selected to be invited to the BEN-FM Scharf Group Celebrate and Embrace Retirement Party. Entrants who complete the phone interview but whose nominee is not selected to attend the Retirement Party will receive a BEN Prize Bag to thank them for participating in the contest. All entries must be received by 11:59 pm (ET) on February 3, 2012 to be eligible to win.
Entrants who complete the phone interview will be contacted by a representative of the Scharf Group within three (3) business days after the entry period to inform them if their nominee has been selected to attend the Retirement Party. Selected entrants will have until Wednesday, February 15, 2012 to inform the Scharf Group if their nominee will be able to attend the party on February 19th. If an initially-selected entrant does not confirm acceptance by that time, s/he will be disqualified and another entrant may be selected and contacted.
