Cyndy Po is owner and operator of Serenity Fit and she has written a book called The 5 How To's to a Healthier You. The book is about the 5 guidelines she uses with her clients to get them on track to reach their goals.

    Terrific interview! It was fantastic hearing Cyndi on the radio - I've had the pleasure of meeting her at the Serenity Spa in Red Hill. Both she and her Spa are absolutely top notch.
